To create new knowledge, you first have to understand what is already known. But humanity's hard-won findings are locked inside millions of papers, protocols, trials, and datasets, spread across databases that do not talk to each other. Finding them is a second job for researchers and out of reach for anyone outside the lab.
Generic AI made this worse, not better. It answers fluently and cites nothing. We build the opposite: search that starts from the sources, shows every citation, and lets the scientist steer.

After years as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca and Gilead, and in AI biotech innovation, Wafaa saw the same gap in every lab: AI's promise on one side, the daily work of science on the other, and almost nothing connecting them.
As a Saudi scientist, she is inspired by Vision 2030's investment in AI and healthcare. Investment alone does not create innovation; scientists do. Waffoo AI is built so that researchers across the MENA region, and everywhere else, can operate, innovate, and lead globally.
